Call Center Agents
• Completed 2nd Year College & other 4 yrs course with no back subject
• Knowledgeable in computer application (software & hardware)
• Previous call center experience focused on customer service; sales experience
• Able to express oneself in a clear, organized, grammatically correct and spontaneous manner;
• Assertive, shows certainty and conviction in speech
• Fast learner, has the ability to understand issues and process solutions with minimal supervision
• Patient , flexible, adaptable
• Focused and able to handle work in stress -heavy environment; able to handle multi-task
• Dedicated and committed to providing excellent customer care
• A team player

Salary: 15k-20k
